The Compound is the faction on Dregs Island where the white-collar criminals live behind reinforced and guarded walls. There are limited resources, but with the collective minds behind these walls, it is the most advanced part of the island. There is a hospital, laboratory suite, and plenty of mango trees.  Most of the prisoners here proclaim their innocence.
