Heiress
Martha May Bells is an heiress who always gets what she wants—except for her secret childhood crush. She has mastered the art of eavesdropping, so if you have skeletons in your cupboard, it is best not to breathe a word of them. The neighbors get annoyed by Martha May during the holiday season because she is ultra-competitive with her Christmas décor.
Suggested Costume: Tacky but elegant Christmas sweater. Hair in an outrageous Christmas-inspired updo.

CAROL KNIGHT
Manicurist
Carol Knight is one of the most friendly people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. As a manicurist, Carol knows almost everybody in Holly Hills because they are on her client list. However, she stresses during the holidays since her eccentric brother comes to town.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Tacky Christmas accessories to go with your sweater.

 

SAM MANGER
Dog Groomer
Sam Manger is the obnoxious dog groomer at Manger Mutt Cuts. Sam is an animal lover and takes excellent care of animals. However, this groomer usually has horrible ideas for pet haircuts. Sam’s newest style is the box cut, and the poodles of Holly Hills are all hiding in closets until their hair grows back.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Print off pictures of ridiculous dog grooming cuts to bring with you as your portfolio (optional).

 

EDDIE EVERGREEN 
Baker 
Eddie Evergreen is an obnoxious baker at Cousin Eddie’s Cookies.  Eddie lives life without worry and doesn’t care about being judged. The townsfolk of Holly Hills nicknamed Eddie 3C, which stands for crass, cluttered, and chaotic.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. A spatula or whisk and a chef’s hat are optional accessories.

 

GINGER STARRY
Display Design Manager
Ginger Starry is the manipulative display designer for Nogstrum’s Department Store. She inherited the role of display design manager when her boss choked on a piece of fruitcake at the company’s holiday party. Ginger also takes on other part-time positions around town to make ends meet.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.  Very over-the-top Christmas accessories.

 

FARRAH FROST
Ballerina
Farrah Frost plays the role of The Sugarplum Fairy at the Decking Halls Playhouse.  Farrah is a beautiful ballerina who teaches private lessons to the kids of Holly Hills in the offseason. During the holidays, however, Farrah is always on her toes.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.  Ballet shoes & fairy wings are optional accessories.

 

ROXY RUDOLPH
Olympic Ice Dancer
Roxy Rudolph is an enigma to most people of Holly Hills. She is a talented Olympic Silver Medalist and U.S. National Champion ice dancer. Roxy has decided to put her skates away, slow down the pace, and enjoy life. She plans to open an eggnog shop on Winter Street next to Cousin Eddie’s Cookies.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.  Silver medal as an optional prop.

 

SCUT FURKUS
Candy Store Owner, Furkus Fudge
Scut Furkus, once the notorious neighborhood bully tormenting the Sugar Plum Point subdivision for many years, inherited a candy store. Soon after, the townsfolk picketed the store on the sidewalk, so Scut had to turn over a new leaf.  This former bully now ranks among the most helpful individuals in Holly Hills.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.  Coonskin cap as an optional accessory.

 

RALPHIE CHESTNUT
Train Conductor
Ralphie Chestnut is genuinely fun to be around because he was born for comedy. A dedicated train conductor for the North Pole Express, he loves to tell jokes during the ride. He’s known for the story about his mother buying him a BB gun for Christmas after months of begging. He nearly shot himself in the eye the first and last time he pulled the trigger.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Train engineer cap is optional. Glasses are optional. 

 

KEVIN MCALLISTER
Unemployed
Kevin McAllister is a thirty-something who still lives at home with his parents. Kevin has post-traumatic stress disorder from his childhood when he was home alone, having to fend off burglars on Christmas Day. The holiday season is mentally draining on Kevin, and he is unsure when or if he can get over his Christmas trauma.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

HOWIE LANGSTON
Mattress Salesman
Howie Langston is a devoted father and overworked mattress salesman. He will do anything to find his son the perfect Christmas present every holiday season. This year, he is at his wit’s end, searching for a Supersonic Man doll.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

CLARK GRISWALL
Inventor
A struggling inventor, Clark Griswall is the traditional family man. He will go to the ends of the earth to make his family happy. However, Clark has a knack for making the wrong decisions and finding trouble.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater or any Christmas Vacation movie costume.

 

CLARK GRISWALL’S FAMILY
Clark Griswall’s family members are a demanding bunch. In addition to his immediate family, he has in-laws flying and driving in for the holidays from all directions. The Griswall house is the most energetic…and dysfunctional house in Holly Hills. 
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater or any Christmas Vacation movie costume.

ANGELICA PEACE
Toy Store Clerk
Angelica Peace is the jovial toy store clerk at Toys B Us. She does whatever she can for her customers and believes that the customer is always right. Angelica is a caring person and has a good shoulder to cry on if you ever need one.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Any toys are optional props.

 

KLAUS NOEL
Assistant Manager, Nogstrum’s Department Store 
Klaus Noel is the grumpy assistant manager of Nogstrum’s Department Store. He manages the store's employees with an iron fist. Still, his style is very different from that of the lackadaisical store manager who allows employees to get away with murder…literally.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

LOU HINKLE
Christmas Tree Farmer 
Lou Hinkle is a friendly Christmas tree farmer and owner of Hinkle’s Trees. Lou’s great-great-grandfather founded the family tree lot back in 1899. Lou is proud of her/his family’s lot and works very hard during the holiday season.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Grab some fresh evergreen twigs to adorn your sweater.

 

MERRY  NORTH
Pop Star 
Merry North is the uber-famous pop star that grew up in Holly Hills. Since she topped the charts, she hasn’t had time to come home to see her family, but this holiday season, she’s blocked out a chunk of time to be in town!
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater worthy of a pop star. Super trendy hair and makeup.

 

YUKON DONNER
Gold Miner 
Yukon Donner spends his days looking for gold on the California coast. After Yukon makes a big find, he sells his treasure and goes on vacation for as long as his funds allow. Yukon has decided to vacation in Holly Hills for the holidays.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Toy pick axe as a prop.

 

FRANKLIN CROSMAN 
Television Executive, RBC TV Studios 
Franklin Crosman is the selfish, cynical television executive for RBC TV Studios. He has worked all year on the plans for a live adaptation of Rudolph for Christmas Eve and will do absolutely anything to see his project through. Franklin doesn’t care about Christmas – he’s only concerned with ratings.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

CANDY DECEMBER 
Personal Shopper, Nogstrum’s Department Store 
Candy December is a ruthless personal shopper at Nogstrum’s Department Store. Her wealthy clients are demanding, but she is merciless when it comes to getting them what they need. Stay out of this callous shopper’s way if you know what’s good for you. 
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Shopping bags are optional props (as you just left the mall and were shopping for a client). 

 

CHRIS KRINGLE
Former NFL Quarterback 
Chris Kringle is the insufferable former NFL quarterback. He thinks he is a lady killer but can’t even land a date for a Friday night. Those closest to Chris say he tries too hard, but he believes women are scared to approach him because he is a huge celebrity athlete. Truth is, they avoid him like the plague.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Football is an optional prop.  Sharpie marker as an optional prop (people may want your autograph).

 

WILL MARCUS 
Department Store Santa 
Will Marcus is new to Holly Hills. He landed a job as Santa Claus in the Christmas Village of Nogstrum’s Department Store. Will has exhibited erratic behavior and was recently arrested for attempting to sleep in the store's gingerbread house. Once he gets out of jail, nobody knows what will happen to his job.
Suggested Costume: A tacky sweater over a Santa suit. Wear a Santa beard, a Santa hat, and glasses (optional).

 

CLARICE NICHOLAS
Sales Clerk Nogstrum’s Department Store
Clarice Nicholas is the tenacious sales clerk in the fragrance department of Nogstrum’s Department Store. Clarice finds it difficult to take ‘no’ for an answer and is ranked as the top salesperson of the month…most months of the year.  Clarice always gets her way.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Bring fragrance-soaked cards with you for people to sample (optional).

 

EVE ELDEN 
Mannequin Designer 
Eve Elden is the bubbly mannequin designer at Nogstrum’s Department Store. She has worked there for nearly two years and is an extremely committed employee. She’s always willing to stay late, help other departments, and switch shifts when needed. Eve is a genuinely nice person.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater with ultra-trendy Christmas accessories.

 

HERMEY GARLAND  
Head Department Store Elf 
Hermey Garland leads the elves of Christmas Village in Nogstrum’s Department Store. Hermey is an insecure introvert who is currently enrolled in dental school. Hermey didn’t want to manage the other elves but wasn’t given a choice.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater over an elf costume.

 

HERMEY’S ELVES  
Nogstrum’s Department Store 
Hermey Garland leads the elves of Christmas Village in Nogstrum’s Department Store. They are a spirited bunch of holiday workers who do their best to care for the girls and boys who visit Santa in Christmas Village. 
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater over an elf costume.

CINDY LOU SCHWARTZ 
Aspiring Actress 
Cindy Lou Schwartz is a talented young lady who grew up in the holiday-inspired town of Holly Hills. She has a good heart, but her downfall is that she is rather naïve. Unfortunately, those closest to her often take advantage of her gullibility. She recently landed her first acting gig as Rudolph in the live production of Rudolph set for Christmas Eve on RBC TV.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

POINSETTIA SNOW 
Candy Maker, Furkus Fudge 
Poinsettia Snow is a young baker and counter assistant for Furkus Fudge. She was a hardworking employee until Scut Furkus, her mother’s old high school bully, inherited the place from his/her grandfather, Old Man Furkus. Poinsettia does anything she can to sabotage the candy store behind Scut’s back—she is all about revenge.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Candy samples are optional accessories.

 

YULE JACK 
Business Owner, Got Any Lights, Inc. 
Yule Jack is the owner of Got Any Lights, Inc. – a Christmas light and landscaping company in Holly Hills. Yule lights up Holly Hills for the holidays and is great at what he does, but he is entirely accident-prone, so stay clear of this light designer!
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.  A Christmas light-up necklace.

 

CAROL TANNEN 
Kiosk Entrepreneur 
Carol Tannen is the annoying kiosk entrepreneur. She will pop up a kiosk at any event in town and harass anybody who dares to walk by. If you pass Carol’s Kiosk, you’ll be pressured into buying something! She sells anything from eggnog to picture frames!
Suggested Costume: A tacky sweater. Bringing a bag of funny or outrageous items to sell to others is optional. 

 

GLORIA BLITZEN 
Store Manager, Nogstrum’s Department Store 
Gloria Blitzen is the lackadaisical store manager for Nogstrum’s Department Store. She plays the nice girl and allows the store's employees to get away with murder…quite literally. Old-timers of the store say that she hasn’t always been that way—something must have happened recently to cause Gloria’s change of management style.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

MAGI GOLDEN 
Fashion Designer 
Magi Golden is a gifted fashion designer from New York City. With childhood roots in Holly Hills, he will be in town for the holidays. Magi suffers from extreme paranoia and tends to think everybody is out to get him. He can be quite taxing to be around for too long.
Suggested Costume: Trendy tacky sweater with hair slicked back and designer eyeglasses (optional).

 

JOY TINSEL 
Manager, Holly Hills Galleria 
Joy Tinsel is the manager of the Holly Hills Galleria. This holiday season, she is overwhelmed by all the problems that keep striking the mall, but she seems to be keeping it together on the surface. However, those closest to her say she’s about to snap.
Suggested Costume: A tacky sweater. For fun, use eyeshadow to create dark circles under your eyes and tatter your hair.

 

BALTHASAR POTTER 
Counter Clerk, Cousin Eddie’s Cookies 
Balthazar Potter is the spunky counter clerk for Cousin Eddie’s Cookies. He’s a large reason why Cousin Eddie’s has so many regular customers—he is extremely friendly to everybody who walks through the door and provides top-notch customer service.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Bringing cookies is optional.

 

PAT PARTRIDGE  
Petting Zoo Owner 
Pat Partridge is an eccentric petting zoo owner. Pat’s petting zoo makes the rounds at the Christmas events in Holly Hills. Currently, the animals reside in the parking lot of the Holly Hills Galleria. Pat’s animals are well taken care of and include penguins, reindeer, a camel and two turtle doves.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

JUDE WINTERS  
Caterer 
Jude Winters owns the largest catering company in Holly Hills – Jude’s Food. During the holiday season, Jude usually works from dusk until dawn and doesn’t have time for drama. Jude’s appointment book is typically booked for the holidays—however, it seems as though lately, Jude has been sabotaged.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater.

 

NATALIE DICKENS  
Housekeeper, Snowflake Manor 
Natalie Dickens is the housekeeper at the Snowflake Manor. She is no-nonsense and takes it entirely personally when the guests of the manor make a mess. Natalie will be the first one to yell at you for leaving trash behind or not picking up after yourself.
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Cleaning supplies, such as a feather duster and rubber gloves, are optional props.

 

GEORGE BAILEY  
Santa Claus, Holly Hills Galleria 
George Bailey was hired to play the role of Santa Claus in Santa’s Workshop of the Holly Hills Galleria. After being hired, he changed his appearance to look like an alternative Santa Claus with a 12” Mohawk, face piercings, temporary face tattoos, and dark makeup. He also encouraged his elves to do the same. This year, Santa’s Workshop looks more like Nightmare Before Christmas. 
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Wear anything punk/alternative in addition to your Santa suit.

 

GEORGE’S ELVES   
Holly Hills Galleria 
George Bailey, the punk rock Santa at Holly Hills Galleria, referred his friends for jobs as Christmas elves.  The day after the group was hired, they arrived in Santa’s workshop with crazy, colored hair, face piercings, temporary face tattoos, and dark makeup. The elves like to refer to themselves as the Evil Elves. Nobody knows why this bunch pulled a switcheroo on the mall management, but the kids are genuinely frightened. 
Suggested Costume: Tacky sweater. Wear anything punk/alternative in addition to your elf costume.
