Here is a fart-free deviled egg recipe:
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chives or green onions, minced (not sure what's the difference) and Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain the eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water to cool.
Once the eggs are cool, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork, then stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, filling each half with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
