Fast Food Chef
Betty Berger is the hardworking fast food chef at Barney’s Burger House.  A compulsive liar, even when the truth is better, this burger flipper is a notorious cheater when playing party games. Beware if you’re on the opposite team of this master of deceit!
Betty never forgets anything and is known for holding grudges. If you do or say anything to double-cross Betty - you'll never hear the end of it. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: A fast-food uniform (or just a name tag with a T-shirt) and an apron as an optional prop.

 

FIONA COLLINS
Telemarketer
This villain of the telephone lines ruins many relaxing nights for the residents of Hollyberry Town!  The neighbors of Holly Hills avoid Fiona at all costs, as she’s a nosy, ill-mannered gate-crasher.  This year, for the Holly Hills Block Party, Lacey Kringel sent Fiona an invitation to ease the tension and prevent further hostility!
Fiona is not proud of this, but she is the ex-flame of Takey Takerton - the notorious town mooch. Fiona would prefer not to talk about this big mistake in her past. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Any obnoxiously designed business attire with a headset as an optional prop.

 

FOGHORN FOWLER
Chicken Farmer
Foghorn Fowler is an intellectual chicken farmer.  A dependable and loyal person, Foghorn is a valuable friend to have. Rumor has it that a radical animal-rights group has targeted Foghorn’s farm. However, no official violations have been documented at Foghorn’s Chicken Coop.
Foghorn has had a rough time keeping the chickens secured in the coop lately. Chasing these rogue birds around is taking up too much time! 

COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Farmer costume/overalls with chicken feathers sticking out of everything.  Or, have fun and wear a chicken suit! Why not?
 

LECTRON WATTS
Electrician
Lectron Watts is the most annoying one-upper in the Holly Hills neighborhood.  If you’ve done, said, or tried anything - Lectron is sure to have done it more often, said it already, and tried it twice!  It can be exhausting to engage in a conversation with this name-dropping showoff!
Lectron Watts is opinionated and not afraid to tell it how it should be. Lectron can also be a bit of a troublemaker by eavesdropping and spreading rumors. Be careful what you say around this nosy electron wrangler.
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Coveralls with any electric company logo on the pocket.

 

CHEK NICOLSON
Banker
Chek Nicolson is an ultra-eccentric banker.  Known to be quite frugal, Chek will drive you crazy with meticulous calculations of everything out to the nearest quarter of a cent! If you make a lunch date with Chek and want to avoid the hassle when the bill’s delivered, it’s best to pick up the check – no pun intended!
Chek is well networked in town, and with the cheapness aside - this bean counter's a devoted friend and great listener.
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Business suit (male) with a calculator as a prop.  Pennies in your pockets as an optional prop. Business suit (female). 

 

SANDY SOMMERS
Lifeguard
Sandy Sommers is the spunky lifeguard at the Holly Hills neighborhood swimming pool.  She constantly mocks people around her and has a reputation for being self-centered and greedy. Helpful advice: avoid situations where Sandy can take advantage of you…or you’ll lose!
Sandy was recently in a car accident. Rumor around town is that Sandy might not have been paying attention. Oops! 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Lifeguard costume or warm up suit with a whistle and binoculars as optional props.

 

LACEY KRINGEL
Bridal Shop Owner
Lacey Kringel is a moody and insensitive bridal shop owner.  Nobody truly likes to be around Lacey because of her violent mood swings, but her house is the most suited for entertaining in the Holly Hills neighborhood. It’s rumored that some neighbors are planning an intervention on Lacey to force her to attend anger management sessions. This will never work, as Lacey is bullheaded.
Lacey has been caught around town calling her customers bridezillas and expressing her despise for dealing with them. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Wear very feminine attire. If you’re feeling spunky, wear a bridal veil, as you love to model your merchandise, or wear a bridal gown. 

 

TATOR SALSBURY
Cafeteria Line Worker
Tator Salsbury is the nosy cafeteria line worker at Hollyberry Town Junior High.  A prime source of gossip, Tator knows everything about everyone in town by eavesdropping on the kids’ conversations in the lunch line.  Tator is no stranger to cuttin’ a rug, as this food server is always dancing – with or without music playing!
Tator was recently caught wearing their hairnet at the shopping mall. Bystander videos circulated on the local social media accounts. Tator was a bit embarrassed by this, as they usually remove their hairnet before leaving the kitchen. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Hair net and a chef uniform with a spoon and spatula as optional props.

 

SAVON BROOKS
Environmentalist
Savon Brooks is a sensitive environmentalist and animal rights activist.  Savon prefers to sing instead of talk. This peculiar behavior can turn awkward if you’re involved in a lengthy conversation. Savon is serious about saving all living things and is rumored to be an extremist behind closed curtains.
As a child, Savon was in and out of juvenile detention centers for stealing preserved animals from the school science departments to dispose of them and later for releasing lobsters from tanks at local seafood restaurants. Savon is a bit of a troublemaker who doesn't care about following rules. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: A safari outfit with ‘save the environment/animals’ brochures as optional props.

 

NED MORALES
Motivational Speaker
Ned Morales is a motivational speaker and a super paranoid individual!  The gossip mills often speak about how Ned believes the government is spying on their every move. Most people wonder what the government would want with a nobody from Hollyberry Town. The majority believe Ned's crazy, but a portion of the townsfolk think Ned's onto something!
Ned has a stockpile of aluminum foil. Ned believes that wrapping things with foil will prevent the government from conducting electronic surveillance.
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Business casual attire (females). If you have a positive saying t-shirt, wear it. A box of aluminum foil should be an optional prop. Biz Casual for Males.

 

NORMA NIGHTSHADE
Late Night TV Host
Norma Nightshade is the mysterious television hostess. With millions of fans, she hosts the Beyond the Witching Hour late-night television show. Norma is friends with most of the townspeople, as she is super friendly and caring. She devotes herself to local charities and never meets a stranger. However, her gothic and somewhat monstrous appearance often makes people nervous.
Norma has been defending Foghorn Fowler on her late-night TV show. Rumor has it that the television executives have told her to stop the free advertisements of the chicken farm. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: A Vampira costume. Gothic-inspired props. Hair should be black (wig if needed), and gothic makeup.

 

ROXY RICH
Heiress
Roxy Rich is a pretentious heiress.  She has the only mansion in Hollyberry Town, and it sits on top of a hill overlooking the neighborhood of Holly Hills. Even though she has an ideal pad for hosting parties, she refuses to allow anybody to enter her home. The neighbors often wonder what this ritzy diva is hiding. Roxy attends social events in town to show off her riches – she doesn’t have any true friends.
Roxy's estate pulls the most power from the grid and has occasionally caused problems for the neighbors.  Many people wonder what Roxy could use all that electricity for at her mansion. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Wear a glamorous evening gown. Use money bags as optional props. Wear costume jewels to emphasize your wealth.

 

PELE SOCCO
Major League Soccer Player
Pele Socco is a neighborhood athlete and major league soccer player.  He is bluntly honest, so if you don’t want to hear the truth, avoid him at all costs. An avid over-explainer, Pele will steal your life minutes as he describes every last detail of insignificant things, such as how he holds a gasoline pump handle while filling his car. He will drain your life force. You’ve been warned!
Rumors are hazy surrounding the situation, but the last anyone knows for sure is that Pele Socco was dating Fiona Collins. The two have been acting estranged lately, however. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Any soccer uniform with a soccer ball as an optional prop.

 

IMA SURVA
Waitress
Ima Surva is the nerdy waitress at the Hollyberry House of Waffles.  She is a perfectionist; if you sit in her section, she will tend to your every need.  However, her colleagues report that once she crosses the threshold into the kitchen, she spews hateful comments about her customers and engages in food sabotage as she pleases.  People who live with two faces are dangerous. Be wary of Ima!
Terrible rumors are circulating about Ima's place of employment, cutting back on all the condiments that traditionally are served free, such as the amount of sugar and cream for coffee, syrup for waffles, and so forth. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Any waitress uniform. Wear your hair in pigtails and wear glasses with tape on the bridge. A notepad and apron are optional props.

 

RITA BOOKADAY
Bookstore Clerk
Rita Bookaday is the antisocial bookstore clerk.  She’s exceptionally judgmental of others, and this behavior often offends her customers.  Rita also has an intense fear of germs, so standing close to her is out of the question – unless you want to witness a stage-five freak-out. Those who have seen her episodes say they are not pretty!
Many remember Rita wearing all-black clothing and black lipstick, dying her hair black, and wearing dark blue nail polish in high school. Rita listened to death metal music and wrote dark poetry about murder. Rita has undoubtedly made changes in her appearance since then. 
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: A conservative outfit with books as optional props. Hair tied back in a bun with glasses.

 

KOMMY SHONE
Car Salesperson
You may wonder how this crabby, introverted car salesperson makes a sale. Nonetheless, Kommy is a top salesperson at the Hollyberry Car Lot! Many recent reports have revealed Kommy selling ‘lemons’ to clients, so buyers should beware! Kommy isn’t known for having integrity or morals.
There are rumors that Kommy has a few pending Lemon-Law-inspired lawsuits due to selling cars with known mechanical issues. Kommy might not have the standard level of integrity - if they have any.  
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Non-matching, cheesy leisure suit (males). Pictures of ‘cars for sale on the car lot’ as optional props. For females click here.

 

STAN D. UPTON
Comic
Stan Upton is an extroverted and sugary-sweet standup comic.  Stan performs twice a week at the Hollyberry Comedy Club. If Stan’s in the room, everybody’s laughing! Stan often travels around with his best buddies and fellow comics from the club.
Stan dated someone who broke up with them via text message a year ago. After repairing his broken heart, Stan decided never to allow that to happen to him again. However, Stan has been unable to date anyone since then and feels quite lonely. He tries to combat these feelings by hanging around comics from the club whenever possible.
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: A 1920’s style suit with a bow tie and fedora.  Or…go casual with a t-shirt with a humorous saying on it and blue jeans.

 

TAKEY TAKERTON
Professional Moocher
Takey Takerton has been unemployed since inheriting a home from his great-grandmother years ago.  He constantly borrows money from his neighbors to pay his living expenses. For this reason, the neighbors avoid Takey like they would a case of body lice!  Takey usually has a group of fellow mooches tagging along with him. This group has a weird habit of impersonating animals – probably because they are bored and need to find jobs.
Takey was almost engaged to the love of his life three years ago. Ever since they broke up, this mooch hasn't been the same. To distract himself, Takey surrounds himself with his mooching friends.
COSTUME SUGGESTIONS: Too-sizes too small white sleeveless t-shirt with stains on it and jeans or a pajama or video game inspired costume - you do not want to look employable. An empty wallet as an optional prop.
