MARIN JYNX -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

PROFESSIONAL MOURNER

Marin Jynx is the chief professional mourner at Fancy Funerals, a division of Hemloxx Afterlife. When the dearly departed are short on friends and family, the funeral monarch assigned to them will send several professional mourners to shed crocodile tears, bow their heads, and say kind words at the ceremony.

 Marin is awkward in social settings and will halt conversations with a long gaze into the distance. However, Marin is super sneaky and pops up out of thin air when you least expect it. Is Marin spying? Or does this professional boo-hoo'er live as an adrenaline seeker for the thrill of surprise? Marin enjoys skydiving, bungee jumping, and engaging in any activity that puts one's life on the line.

Marin was a surprise addition to the Hemloxx Afterlife team, as Hunter Bentley's office directed Marin's employment. Nobody truly knows how Marin got the job, but it didn't appear that Marin knew what the job would entail. Some speculate that Marin believed they'd be stepping into an executive position at Hemloxx Headquarters on their first day.

Suggested attire: All black as if you’ve just come from a funeral. Grab a pack of tissues as an optional prop.

REIGN BENTLEY -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED | HUNTER BENTLEY'S SIBLING

CEO (NEWLY APPOINTED)

People say what Reign Bentley touches turns to hypothetical gold. Reign was born with a mind for business. From the fourth grade until high school graduation, Reign operated a profitable convenience store out of commandeered lockers for fellow students. After college graduation, Reign became the second-in-charge at Hemloxx, serving as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Upon Hunter's untimely demise, the managing director appointed Reign as the CEO, leaving the critical COO position vacant. Impulsive, Reign claims to be allergic to plans made in advance but still manages to be quite the perfectionist - and a fantastic dancer to boot. Reign is a single parent by choice with four adopted offspring. Unfortunately, three of Reign's adult children still live at home.

Suggested attire: Business attire and any props to make you appear wealthy and fashionable.  You are now the face of Hemloxx, Incorporated - one of the biggest corporations in the world.

REIGN BENTLEY'S STAFF

Reign Bentley has always been successful in the business world and that is due to hard work, dedication and ambition. Reign has always set goals and hit them with ease. However, since taking the reins for the family’s corporation as the Chief Executive Officer, Reign has felt the stress of a thousand worlds and isn’t sure if they can pull it off – even though their dream was to run the company one day. Reign has relied heavily upon their new administrative staff and refuses to allow them any time off until their workflow is established, and all corporate fires are extinguished. Needless to say, this group of corporate office workers is exhausted.

Suggested attire: business casual, professional attire.  You work for the CEO, so you represent the top tier of the company.

JAGGER FOGARTY -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

CONCIERGE, ZE HOTEL HEMLOXX

Jagger Fogarty is the concierge at the Bramford Bluff flagship property of Ze Hotel Hemloxx – a luxury hotel chain and division of Hemloxx Hospitality. Jagger spews apathy from their pores, living life at the most leisurely pace possible for a career-centric professional. Nothing triggers this concierge's sense of urgency. There isn't a situation or crisis to give this lazy service professional the slightest bit of panic or haste.

This attitude towards life explains why Jagger delegates their daily tasks to the hotel staff. As a result, some have speculated that Jagger has an exceptionally high IQ and is a mastermind. In addition, Jagger's obsessed with personal hygiene and gives unsolicited advice on how to improve upon other people's routines.

Jagger usually has a decent attitude towards being at work, but lately, Jagger's mood has turned foul. Nobody knows why, but it must have been something that happened at work.

MORG OLEANDER  HUNTER BENTLEY'S POOL TECHNICIAN

POOL TECH, CRYSTAL CLEAR POOLS

Morg Oleander is the hardworking pool technician for Crystal Clear Pools. A perfectionist, Morg has maintained the clear, sparkling water of the backyard swimming pool of the Bentley Mansion for nearly three years. Hunter couldn't be happier with Morg's work, as the water is always set at a perfect temperature with spot-on levels of chemicals and not a bug to be found in the water. Morg is the best pool tech in the city. However, don't strike up a chat with this detail-driven water chemist. Morg will turn what should be a quick sentence into a long, rambling lecture about whatever topic you were unfortunate enough to have mentioned. 

Morg takes care of the swimming pools for Hunter Bentley and Hunter's sibling and neighbor, Revel Bentley. Morg hasn't been able to take over Johnny Bentley's pool care yet, but hopes to one day soon.

KYLER AMON -  HUNTER BENTLEY'S ACQUAINTANCE

HOA MANAGER, RUMSOM WATERLOO ESTATES

Kyler Amon is the Homeowner's Association manager for Rumson Waterloo Estates, where four of the Bentley family estates are located in Bramford Bluff. The neighborhood is the most affluent area in town, with powerful and influential people living within the iron gates. Kyler Amon manages with inflexibility and a lack of common sense. Many homeowners have problems with Kyler not living among them, but the board voted five months ago at the biannual meeting to hire Kyler. Alas, they can do nothing about Kyler's tyrannical reign until the next General Assembly. Kyler is obsessed with aliens and is extremely frugal. Some have accused Kyler of being a kleptomaniac, but to date – not one shred of evidence has proven these accusations, so the stigma remains hearsay.

The next board meeting is scheduled for three weeks from now. Kyler firmly believes that they will be fired on the first vote. The problem is that Rumson Waterloo Estates is where the most powerful people in town live. Kyler doesn't think they will get a good reference letter!

CAREY MELVILLE -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

ROCK STAR

Carey Melville is a talented musician who recently signed on with Hemloxx Records. Carey was a small-town singer, songwriter, and guitarist who took a chance by putting songs on social media. Two of this rock star's tunes became global number-one hits only days after the ink dried on the contract. This rocker has been bathing in the limelight and enjoying every second of overnight fame. Hemloxx Records always fast-tracks its talent, so Carey is already preparing for a global concert tour. The shows will be Carey's first time performing outside the sleepy town of Bojangle Falls, Texas. Carey has been training at the gym with strict meals prepared by a Hemloxx nutritionist and must reach optimal fitness in record time for the hard life on the road.

Carey's first two hits that soared to the top of the charts are Soul of Rock N' Roll and Fishy-fish-fish. Many people have called Carey 'cringe' and have poked fun at the songs on social media. However, whatever Hemloxx Records wants to be a hit - becomes a chart-topping hit. Some have accused Carey of trolling the executives at Hemloxx Records. Did Carey put those songs on social media as a joke? Well, there is no objective evidence of this besides the apparent cheese factor of the songs. The world awaits Carey's first full album to be released with the upcoming world tour.

DALLAS PAINE-  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

AUDIO ENGINEER

 Dallas Paine is the lead audio engineer at Hemloxx Records. Dallas works seven days a week at the famous Recording Studio A of Hemloxx Headquarters in Bramford Bluff. This audio genius produces the chart-topping hits from Hemloxx's talent. Dallas was nicknamed Sherlock by close friends, as there isn't a puzzle or problem they can't solve or decipher. This engineer uses logical deduction during normal thought processes, so nothing gets by them. However, Dallas is a bit of a hothead, so stay on their good side. If an eyebrow arches at you – you must escape. Run. Flee the joint at all costs! You do not want to be on the wrong side of a Dallas Paine tirade. Nevertheless, with all of the critical thinking whirling around in Dallas's head, it is a bit of a shock to find out that they are highly superstitious. 

Dallas is probably in need of an intervention from friends for anger management. Lately, Dallas has ripped hotel rooms to shreds, thrown plates at restaurants, painted on billboards they disagreed with, and even freed lobsters from a tank in a seafood restaurant because the hostess didn't smile big enough while greeting Dallas. This audio engineer is spinning out of control. Could it be stress from working too many hours?  Those closest to Dallas believe this is the problem.

SUPERMODEL

 Bay Bundy is the uncontested top supermodel in the world. So unsurprisingly, the scouts of Hemloxx Fashion House noticed this stunner and offered an exclusive deal to serve as the head runway model, print model, and the face of the Hemloxx fashion line. Hemloxx designs are known for luxury, influence, and innovation. Budding fashionistas line up to snag the newest designs as the hangers hit the racks of high-end boutiques and department stores. Bay slays the New York, Paris, Milan, and London runways, setting the high-fashion trends created by the thread artists. Bay is terrible with directions and perpetually lost but remains abnormally calm under stress. Many are aware that Bay is a recovering thief. Bay swears they've moved past the life of crime, but there is a clause in Bay's contract to stay out of the headlines unless it's for fashion.

There have been reports that Bay has been lifting items from peoples' desks at Hemloxx Headquarters, but nobody has come forth with an official accusation. Instead, Bay denies all of it and says everyone is jealous. If Bay is still suffering from Kleptomania, they better get a handle on it before an official accusation is made or evidence of thievery goes viral. 

Suggested attire: Avantgarde style attire. You are the top supermodel so wear something outrageously weird and pull it off as high fashion.

PENN BLOODMAN -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST

 Penn Bloodman is an introverted ethical hacker with open disdain for society. This computer genius has an exceptionally high IQ and rules the circuit of local trivia competitions in Bramford Bluff, winning against teams of up to ten players. Unfortunately, Pennis is often accused of cheating as nobody can fathom that a person could have that much random knowledge.

 Penn is stubborn and will never reconsider a decision. Penn works for Hemloxx Cyber. The job descriptions are not made public like other divisions in the company, but their group's mission is to provide cybersecurity for Hemloxx. Nevertheless, the trash tabloids accused this stealthy team of network specialists of hacking into competitors' networks, but no solid evidence has emerged. Supposedly, a traitor among them had snitched. The cybersecurity team is currently dealing with the mole among them.

Penn has accumulated some unkind nicknames lately, stemming from an unfortunate incident in a crowded elevator at Hemloxx Headquarters. Penn is furious at their accuser and has vowed to seek revenge. If Penn has the skills they are rumored to have, maybe it's not a brilliant idea to double-cross Penn.

Suggested attire: Black hoodie, black pants. You want to blend in and not get noticed.

RENNIS CAIN -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

FOOD CRITIC

 Rennis Cain is a pompous foodie and food critic. Rennis reports on food establishments around the globe, releasing segments on demand via Hemloxx Media's streaming platform, The Daily Snoop. Some restaurant owners given negative reviews by Rennis have publicly stated it is a conflict of interest for a person employed by Hemloxx to review competing food establishments. Hemloxx Hospitality has a chain of fast food restaurants, fine dining spots in their hotel chain, and the Michelin three-star The Sneaky Steak restaurant, which is soon to be a global chain. Rennis doesn't care what they say and has never addressed the accusations other than to say, 'those on top don't look behind them.' But maybe this is why Rennis is continually stressing over the slightest things. This food critic's nervous energy can be taxing to be around for too long.

Some townsfolk have adamantly disagreed with Rennis's food reviews on the restaurants in town to no avail - nobody will listen to people without a voice, so Rennis's word becomes the law of the land regarding where to make dining reservations in Bramford Bluff. But why would Rennis lie about an establishment's food quality with their reputation as a world-renowned food critic on the line? 

Suggested attire: Pompous attire – a business suit with a handkerchief or scarf, big glasses with colorful frames (optional).Or, wear your favorite food costume for a cheeky twist to your character.

COVE DRACO -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED 

NEWS REPORTER

Cove Draco is a former film star turned news reporter for The Daily Snoop, a streaming platform of Hemloxx Media. Cove is in front of the cameras, reporting breaking news via on-demand programming and live streams. The platform was previously accused of spying and using unfair surveillance to get their stories, but Cove adamantly denies engaging in any illegal activities. Cove played a supporting role in over fifty Hollywood movies but can walk down city streets without being recognized. Some say Cove is a failed actor, but they defend that bringing news to the subscribers of The Daily Snoop is what they were born to do. That said, be careful trusting in Cove, as they are an unpredictable, compulsive liar. This fibber constantly peers over their shoulder as they have burned many bridges.

Upon getting the job as a news reporter, Cove spewed tales of film set scandals on The Daily Snoop. Cove's stories included Bradley Pittman's claims of being allergic to hygiene and Gweneth Pottrom's cat-hair armpit extensions that she swears to bring her good luck. Cove also snitched about the Dinosaur Park movie set where Tommy Cruz became furious with his co-star over her poor Russian accent and squirted ketchup on her face.

Cove then dodged accusations of installing spyware all over town, as a few of the celebs featured in Cove's stories had coincidentally visited Bramford Bluff a few days prior. If only the stars had recognized Cove, they'd have known the former supporting actor had signed NDAs by being on the same film sets and thereby wasn't allowed to unveil the scandals. But, alas, nobody ever remembers Cove, as Cove isn't memorable unless they spill Hollywood tea.

SOMMELIER

  Elm Shockley is a prim and proper sommelier at The Sneaky Steak restaurant. Elm has worked at the fine-dining establishment that caters to the Bramford Bluff elite since it opened almost a year ago. Elm desires to become the manager, but the opportunity has yet to arise. Elm trained at a top winery and holds a level three certification. Hemloxx Hospitality poached Elm from a celebrity restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Elm doesn't miss the neon lights and the hustle and bustle of Sin City and is glad to live in a quiet town. Elm's a bit of a mumble-mouth but does know a lot about wine.

Rumor has it that Elm Shockley has been working with unnamed colleagues at Hemloxx Hospitality on  a huge surprise for the restaurant.  Nobody outside of the secretive group knows what this surprise will be, but as the rumor spreads, the curiosity rises. 

Suggested attire: Proper attire for a sommelier (dark suit with a neckerchief).  Bottle of wine &/or wine glass (optional).

REAL ESTATE AGENT

 Danner Sullivan owns Game of Homes, a premier boutique real estate agency in Bramford Bluff known for luxurious properties and exquisite service. This real estate agent will have you in stitches as the jokes flow from their mouth like water in a raging river. Danner's hilarious, but if you become a member of the exclusive inner circle of friends, you will also be signing up for nonstop nagging. Danner is nitpicky and obsesses over the most delicate details that never even change an outcome. 

Danner and Hunter have never been friends, but know each other well. Danner has double-crossed Hunter before by intervening and blocking a property deal. Hunter has vowed to seek revenge.

BANKS BENTLEY -  HUNTER BENTLEY'S HOME HEALTH AIDE | | HUNTER WAS BANKS' UNCLE

HOME HEALTH AIDE

After high school graduation, Banks Bentley attended a state-approved nurse's aide training program. After passing the exam, Banks became a certified home nursing assistant specializing in end-of-life care. Banks is a freelancer hired by insurance companies and assigned to terminally-ill patients needing home health care. Surprisingly, Banks chose an occupation in the medical field, as this nursing aide might be the most entitled, selfish human being walking the earth. Banks wastes no time launching complaints about less-than-ideal situations. An utter control freak who must always have things their way, Banks makes whoever blocks their progress pay a steep price. But, with the flaws pushed aside, this medical professional didn't take long to earn a reputation as the best end-of-life caretaker in Bramford Bluff.

Banks has submitted overtime hours to Hunter Bentley's insurance for home health care in the last couple of weeks since Hunter became gravely ill. Banks complains about never getting a break and is exhausted! However, can remember seeing Banks while visiting the Bentley estate. Rumor has it that Banks is vacationing in the backyard by the swimming pool and not taking care of Uncle Hunter. 

Suggested attire: Medical costume of any kind - nurse, scrubs, lab coat. Any medical items as optional props (i.e. toy syringe or syringe pen to use for the investigation, stethoscope, etc.

Lucky Balcom is the joyful construction manager who hums during any bout of silence. Lucky owns Balcom Construction, the busiest construction operation in Bramford Bluff. Clients can hire Lucky for custom construction projects. Lucky turns dreams into reality - from planks of wood to throw pillows. Lucky is messy and a constant hair flipper but a pleasure to be around.

Lucky is not Hunter Bentley's favorite person.  Ever since Lucky entered a contract with Hunter to build his new dream estate on a perfect piece of land overlooking the lake, things have gone awry.

GHOSTWRITER FOR ONLINE PROFILES

You'll find Zene Bentley standing partially behind drapes or pressed against the wall at any gathering. A ghostwriter for online profiles, Zene could make the Grim Reaper himself look like a prized town bachelor. Zene is timid with a rather dull personality but is likely to be the most unselfish and caring person in Bramford Bluff. Zene is always the first one to stop to help someone in need or rush over to a friend's home who needs assistance with a project.

Zene has always been Hunter Bentley's favorite child. After Zene's mother's untimely death, Hunter Bentley hasn't been afraid to show even more of his favoritism towards Zene.  Zene's siblings are less than thrilled.

SALEM BENTLEY -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED | HUNTER WAS SALEM'S UNCLE

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

 Salem Bentley is the third youngest child of Reign Bentley. Upon graduation with a master's degree in business administration, Reign secured a job for Salem with the corporate legal team as a compliance specialist. Salem has a photographic memory and loves to boast about the gift to anyone in earshot, hoping to be challenged to prove the skill to anyone with doubts.

Unfortunately, Salem has become an infamous credit-stealer of others' work at the office. Salem does have a close group of colleagues but is raking up a list of foes in the short time since joining the Hemloxx team two months ago. If you have the misfortune to work with this backstabber, don't trust or turn your back on them.

Salem is the only sibling to have left Reign's nest. But, alas, their wings didn't spread too far, as they reside in their grandfather's mansion less than two blocks away. Salem claims they moved out to make their relationship with Reign stronger, but everyone knows it's because Umber Bentley creeps everyone out.

SALEM BENTLEY'S COLLEAGUES

Hide the beans, as this group will want to count them all and log it as data. For what? Who knows, but this is a group of nerdy compliance professionals who are always over-analyzing the situation. They will follow the rules as written and are not afraid to call out anyone who doesn’t. Salem and the staff of the Institutional Compliance division at Hemloxx are nearly inseparable.

Rumor has it that nobody in the department actually likes Salem, as they steal credit for anything good that comes out of the Institutional Compliance office - whether they had their hands in it or not.  It's an impossible scenario, though, as Salem is a Bentley and holds a lot of power at Hemloxx. Everyone needs their job, so they put up with Salem's boloney. At least for now, that is.

REVEL BENTLEY -   HUNTER BENTLEY'S SIBLING

ROBOTICS ENGINEER

The nerdy Revel is a robotics engineer for Hemloxx Science. The engineers are a tight-knit, secret group. Gossips speculate that they are trying to create the most human-like robot ever known to humankind. Is this a smart thing to do? The experts pretty much agree it's going to backfire in the long run. Revel has always preferred studying instead of socializing and being alone instead of around others. A tad selfish at times, Revel can be a bit of a shadow lurker from their lack of social skills.

Revel has low morale at work because, for eight months, Revel's covered for the vacant Vice President of Operations position. Revel has always refused to be part of the executive team and wants to work in the robotics lab. The SymbioTom project needs Revel's attention full-time, as the release to market date is concrete and cannot be changed. Well, it could be changed by the top executives, but they are standing firm with no flexibility. Therefore, all glitches need to be worked out immediately!

DR. BRILEY NERO -  HUNTER BENTLEY'S PHYSICIAN

COSMETIC SURGEON

 Dr. Briley Nero is a busy board-certified plastic surgeon in Bramford Bluff. You'll find Dr. Nero on pop culture magazines, lifestyle and health and fitness websites, social media posts, airline magazines, and hit cheeky reality shows. A self-professed body artist, this doc's gone to great lengths to keep a tight lid on their top-secret celebrity clients. First, a limo with blacked-out windows transports patients from a private jet to Ze Hotel Hemloxx. Then, they are transported to the famous Fountain of Beauty Clinic via underground tunnels to all appointments with the doc. A celeb sighting will trigger the town's gossips to guess what procedures they are doing with Dr. Nero. The doc is a mysterious genius who cannot tell a lie and seems to be hiding something. Hmm. What's up, Doc?

Dr. Nero has set an early retirement plan and is booking out their schedule for the next six to eight months with high-dollar surgeries. Once this doc's bank account hits the magic number, they're going to put the scalpels away and retire in paradise.

DR. BRILEY NERO'S NURSES

Dr. Nero likes to keep the surgical staff close in case of emergencies with one of the many patients at The Fountain of Beauty Clinic. Dr. Nero is one of the most famous and thereby busiest plastic surgeons in the country, so this doc never knows when an A-lister will fly in for a rhinoplasty or a high-ranking politician will demand liposuction. Dr. Nero is always on all and expects the nurses of the clinic to do the same. For this reason, they are rarely seen apart.

The medical staff at the clinic are growing suspicious of Dr. Nero's intentions. They don't think this doc has their best interests in mind, so they proceed with caution. They remain employed by the shady doc only because their salary is much higher than the nationwide average. Dr. Nero knows how to buy loyalty.

KIRBY MANSON -   HUNTER BENTLEY'S FIRST COUSIN

BINGO HALL MANAGER

The Bramford Bluff Bingo Hall is lively and hopping on weekend nights, and Kirby Manson is there to extinguish hypothetical fires from all directions as they ignite. Kirby manages the establishment with impeccable grit, timing, and focus but is inflexible and demanding when dealing with staff matters. Kirby prefers to be the center of attention at any gathering and must always face the door. Why? Nobody knows. Quick escape, maybe?

Kirby has fallen a bit out of touch with the Bentley side of the family, as Kirby works daily from noon to midnight. Hunter Bentley hosts a family dinner every Wednesday evening, but Kirby hasn't taken a seat at the table in almost a year.

 Quill is the youngest of the Bentley siblings and was doted on immensely by their late mother until her passing only two years ago. When Olive Bentley died, Quill became unemotional and detached from the rest of the family. The town gossips speculate it is because Hunter Bentley was a person of interest in his wife’s death and never charged. Nevertheless, Quill works for Hemloxx Afterlife and manages Gorgeous Graves – a chain of exclusive burial grounds touted as luxury death experiences. All employees of Hemloxx Afterlife are referred to as ‘funeral monarchs.’ Quill has always had a bizarre arm swing while walking, and this behavior intensified after Olive's death.

Being the youngest sibling isn't always the best scenario. Quill was extremely close to Olive Bentley before her death, and now that she's gone, Quill's become a bit of an outcast with the immediate family. Quill still lives at home but rarely comes down from the second floor unless it's to leave or come back from work.

PAX MORIARTY -   HUNTER BENTLEY'S HOUSE MANAGER

HOUSE MANAGER, BENTLEY MANSION

For a sprawling estate with many needs and moving parts, Hunter Bentley hired the highly-experienced Pax Moriarty about a year ago to manage his property and its staff within the gated neighborhood of Rumson Waterloo Estates. Pax has displayed loyalty and infinite patience with Hunter but treats the estate's team as factory robots. With constant air quotes, this house manager does nothing but boast about their accomplishments and the successes of their friends and family. Who cares, Pax? Just do your job and get on with it. 

The ad for the house manager job was a butler position, but since Pax had a stacked resume full of former high-level jobs, Hunter elevated the title to House Manager and bumped up the salary. Unfortunately, this accomplishment went straight to Pax's head and turned Pax into a dictator. As a result, not many people besides Hunter care for Pax - even that's debatable nowadays.

PORTER DOLION -   HUNTER BENTLEY'S PERSONAL CHEF

 Porter Dolion is the chef for Hunter Bentley's estate. Hunter has employed Porter for over a decade. If you're in the kitchen and see the top of someone's head moving along the counter, searching the floor, cabinets, and drawers – that's Porter. This chef is constantly misplacing items. Porter's an outgoing culinary expert who will be the first in the room to start a quarrel and never passes on the chance to debate. And that's why Porter turns colleagues into foes.

Porter has recently been seeking other job opportunities. So is Hunter not giving Porter enough incentives to stay? Nevertheless, Porter hasn't landed an interview yet and is wondering if Hunter has something to do with that.

 Roan Devland is the friendly housekeeper for Hunter Bentley's estate. But this housekeeper might only be cordial on the surface. Be prepared to greet another side of this mop wielder if you become the topic of the latest juicy house gossip. Roan is an incessant eavesdropper and snooper who is privy to information far above their paygrade. Roan is constantly stoking fires among the mansion's staff while grinning ear to ear. Roan was born without empathy but, in its place, received the gifts of charm and manipulation.

Roan seems to know absolutely everything that is going on at the mansion and doesn't seem to be taking the housekeeping job seriously. So what's going on with Roan? How is Roan getting away with all of this?

ALASKA FUSCO -  EMPLOYEE OF HEMLOXX, INCORPORATED

PODCAST HOST

The person with a pen pressed against a notepad staring intently from across the room reading your lips is most likely the notorious Alaska Fusco. Alaska hosts a Bramford Bluff Weekly podcast on the celebrity gossip site Hemloxx Spilled Tea. Speaking without a filter and caring less about your feelings than a sick toad, Alaska is a highly resourceful podcast host – even if the execs don't agree. But what's strange is that Alaska speaks with various accents that will change mid-sentence sometimes. Nobody can determine why or how this happens, but podcast viewership is rising, so Alaska isn't changing.

Alaska has recently gotten into it with Hunter Bentley over the podcast. Hunter listened in one day and hated everything about it, but Alaska doesn't seem worried about being canceled. Why not? Hunter is the CEO, you know.

  Fierce as a hungry lion on the prowl, Ranger is one of the top financial managers at the Union Bank of Gedeon (UBG) – a global firm that provides financial services in over fifty countries. Ranger is an adventurous soul who loves to travel and experience the luxuries that life has to offer. But, for no good reason - Ranger is insanely jealous of others and avoids eye contact at all costs. Many people in Bramford Bluff wonder what Ranger is hiding.

The primary reason that Ranger rose to be a top advisor after only a short while is because they manage Hunter Bentley's Portfolio.  Ranger is the former CFO of Hemloxx, Incorporated.

Due to Finn's face being a stable of American television for three decades, everyone from coast to coast knows Finn Drystan. From baby food commercials to long-running hit television sitcoms about aliens among humans on Earth, Finn's a Hollywood icon. The long-term fame has caused Finn to be highly skeptical of everything. Finn lacks a filter and is brutally honest – always saying the wrong thing at the wrong time without social awareness. Finn's a notorious one-upper but has probably done most things bigger and better than everyone. Maybe that’s all Finn can contribute to a conversation? Finn is talented, ultra-ambitious, and never turns down a lucrative project.

FINN DRYSTAN'S ENTOURAGE 

Finn Drystan has one of the most famous faces on the planet, so managing public outings and a busy work and personal schedule is a full-time job for a team of over thirty people. Many members of Finn’s staff travel with Finn and take care of their every need – as well as keep the paparazzi at a safe distance. Finn refers to this group as The Entourage, but each person has an individual job title and performs a specific function, nevertheless. Finn couldn’t possibly manage going anywhere without this hardworking group.

Finn's entourage are overworked and exhausted, as they never get a day off. Finn's schedule is completely booked out for months in advance. Rumor has it that Finn wants to clear their schedule for a few days and take an impromptu trip to Bramford Bluff to see Hunter Bentley. The Entourage is trying to talk Finn out of it, to no avail. 

Suggested attire: Black attire - black suit or long sleeve tee and pants/jeans.  Walkie Talkies, ear pieces, sunglasses or other props to show you are part of the 'crew' that takes care of Finn Drystan. You can choose to be a manager, assistant, bodyguard, publicist, etc.

UMBER BENTLEY - HUNTER WAS UMBER'S UNCLE

AMATEUR TAXIDERMIST

Umber Bentley is the oldest adopted child of Reign Bentley. Umber barely skated by in high school and graduated with only a few points to spare. Umber lives with Reign at their family's sprawling property in Rumson Waterloo Estates. To everyone's dismay, Umber has taken an unnatural interest in taxidermy and spends all of their time in the basement practicing this craft with various roadkill found on the highway. This is unsettling for everyone, as amateur taxidermied animals pop up in unexpected places within the estate as décor. Umber is continually laughing, and their terrifying giggles carry throughout the estate – especially in the wee hours of the morning. Umber has a hidden culinary genius but no interest in becoming a chef. Would you trust Umber enough to eat their food? Probably not.

Umber and their sibling, Salem, do not get along. Salem moved out of Reign's estate and moved in with Johnny Bentley (their grandfather). Umber doesn't mind, as that just gives them more room and there is one less person to complain about their taxidermy projects. Umber is currently working on an 'epic project' with a few creepy friends in the basement. Reign is getting suspicious that Umber keeps the basement locked.

UMBER BENTLEY'S FRIENDS

Umber Bentley has a terrifying group of friends that can be about as annoying and nosy as houseflies. Umber’s friends are all high school drop-outs that have one goal in life – to hang out at Umber’s mansion and help with taxidermizing roadkill that they find. They have all adopted the same creepy giggle as Umber, which is beyond horrifying in the wee hours of the night if they stay up too late.

Umber's friends are not good influences and often encourage Umber to live on the dark side. That is why they have all been working on a top-secret project in the basement of Reign Bentley's estate that nobody is allowed to see or even know about. This is making the other residents and staff of the mansion very nervous.

STERLING BENTLEY -   HUNTER'S THIRD-BORN CHILD

BOUNTY HUNTER | PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR

A bounty hunter who doubles as a private investigator-for-hire, Sterling Bentley is the rough and tough third-born child of Hunter Bentley. Sterling is always honest and takes things seriously. If you want to know the truth about a situation, see Sterling. Unfortunately, Sterling is quick to make decisions and can sometimes be impulsive. This quirk has led Sterling down the wrong path for a time or two. Also, hide the chewing gum, as this gum-smacker will drive you nuts.

After a falling out with Hunter almost two years ago, Sterling moved in with Grandpa B (Johnny Bentley).  It wasn't that terrible of a feat, though, as Sterling only had to move their things 1.5 blocks away.

KIT BENTLEY -  HUNTER WAS KIT'S UNCLE

MLS SOCCER PLAYER

  Kit Bentley is the second oldest adopted child of Reign Bentley and an all-star athlete. In stark contrast to their creepy, sloth-inspired older sibling (Umber), Kit started training with athletic coaches at six months old while gearing up for the Diaper Derby circuit at department stores nationwide. Kit’s athletic career didn’t stop there, as this superstar has competed in nearly every sport at school, from tennis to basketball. Kit’s continually risen to the top and gained notice. Kit's also been a NASCAR driver, horse jockey, archer, and professional golfer. Currently, Kit’s a professional MLS soccer player. Kit’s hot-blooded and always sweating, so thermostat temperatures get set to the minimum. This leads to constant temperature wars with the staff, siblings, and Reign.

Kit Bentley rarely goes anywhere without their teammates. Is this because Kit has been under a lot of stress and they are needing emotional support? Probably so, but Kit would never admit to that. On the surface, everything appears to be looking bright for Kit, as they recently received an offer for a lucrative sponsorship, so why is Kit so stressed out? 

Suggested attire: Wear an MLS Soccer uniform or a track suit. Or be fun and dress up as a soccer ball.

KIT BENTLEY'S TEAMMATES

Kit Bentley is an all-star athlete and role model for today’s youth. Kit’s teammates are Kit's clones. They always do and say the right thing, no matter the obstacles or hurdles they face. Respectful, kind, and selfless, this group of athletes are always a pleasure to be around. Their coach loves for the team to stay together as much as possible and believes if the team becomes a family, they play soccer as a family.

Kit's teammates have been asking around town for information about what is going on between Kit and their Uncle Hunter. Kit won't come forth with any information, so the team is trying to help. Kit scores the most goals, so the team is afraid of the stress interfering with Kit's soccer game. However, the team has poked a sleeping snake, as now the townsfolk are gossiping about Kit! That's not good!

AUGUST MANSON -   HUNTER'S SECOND COUSIN

METEOROLOGIST

No stranger to constant scolding on social media for incorrect weather forecasts, August Manson is the new chief meteorologist and face of Bramford Bluff's weather. August works very hard but can't seem to get the predictions right. A bit of a coward, this forecaster dons disguises to avoid the townsfolk's scrutiny. August must realize the importance of meticulously planned outdoor events that depend on the weather. On another note, August has a peculiar urge to sniff everything in sight, which is bizarre to witness.

August recently had a decent sum of cash fly their way. Now, they have the bug for luxury and are saving up to purchase a home in the affluent Rumson Waterloo Estates. Can August rub elbows with the rich and powerful of Bramford Bluff? Only time will tell. 

Suggested attire: Typical newscaster attire. Can wear sunglasses and a hat or other disguise.

PALEY BENTLEY -   HUNTER'S SECOND-BORN CHILD

AIRLINE PILOT, SKY TRAVEL AIRLINES

Up in the clouds is where you'll find the ultra-ambitious Paley Bentley. A Sky Travel Airlines new hire, Paley is one of the youngest co-pilots with the airlines. A former high school track star, Paley walks at a superhuman fast pace with abrupt stops. Nonetheless, that’s an excellent skill to get around busy airports. Paley is brave and humble but so sensitive and emotional that you must watch what you say or face a flood of tears and dramatics.

Paley has not been the same since Olive Foxglove-Bentley's death two years ago. Paley vowed to find out more about her tragic accident, and hasn't stopped asking questions since her funeral.  Will this fact-finding quest eventually drive a wedge between Paley and Hunter?  Possibly!
