In an unprecedented move to consolidate their power, crime bosses from Atlantic City, New York City, and Chicago have resolved to form The Commission during the Atlantic City conference. This new governing entity aims to bring order to the chaotic mob scene, acting as the ultimate authority over all criminal organizations within the United States.
However, the concept of The Commission has sparked diverse and conflicting views among the underworld. Debates rage over its governance, the appointment of the supreme leader, and even the necessity of its existence. Despite these internal conflicts, rival mob factions have pledged to maintain decorum at the upcoming conference, promising a gathering marked by a veneer of respectability.
Nuggy Jones, a notable figure from Atlantic City, has offered his prestigious establishment, the Karlton Ritz Hotel, located on the famed Boardwalk, as the venue for this landmark meeting. As the most influential mobsters from across the country begin to descend upon the city, a palpable tension fills the air, setting the stage for a story of intrigue, power, and betrayal.

Owner, Izzy’s Couture
The over-emotional Isabella Gorge is the owner of a boutique called Izzy’s Couture. Izzy’s Couture is the Boardwalk’s hot spot to buy glad rags in Atlantic City. This fanatical diva is the daughter of the Sheriff of Atlantic City and the best gal pal of Margie Gorman. Isabella dreams of becoming a nightclub singer and is deeply envious of any doll who can sing like a canary.
